hows swearing illegal? Freedom of speech? We can legally hold up a giant sign that says "OBAMA SUCKS AS A PRESIDENT" in front of thousands of people, and itd be fine. I dont know... I dont remember the last time swearing became a crime

This man is correct. Cursing is not illegal, but a cop will make anything illegal.

I HATE our cops in my town. It's so small and we have 2 active ones all night, so if you're awake they follow you. I thought it was only legal for a cop to follow you without pulling you over for 1 mile, or 2 turns? I was leaving town at around midnight a few weeks ago and a cop pulled a U-turn (I was going the speed limit, sober, and completely fine driving.) He followed me for almost 5 miles RIGHT on my ass. I was fucking cursing him out soo bad in my car because I wasn't doing shit, I didn't have shit in my car that was illegal, I was just driving late. They have absolutely nothing better to do. After the 5 miles we finally left his jurisdiction and he pulled another U-turn and headed back towards town.

Ive been followed to my house a few times, cops are ridiculous. Once i park and they drive by i just put my arms out like wtf do you want. I have illegal tint but you can't get pulled over for it in Philly so i guess they are waiting for me to mess up so they can nail me for 2 things

I got tackled by a cop for streaking.
No problems other than that really, just had the cops called a couple times for riding street, they usually take our information give us a lecture and leave.

Lol it was really hot the other day and a cop pulled over and was talking to me because I didn't have a shirt on.

nothing happens at my local park, we are right next to the police station, the sign says no swearin, wear helmets, no smoking, no drinking, and no littering, on one of the signs someone wrote " ---- COPS" they dont give a flying ---- wat we do, if someone isnt complsining, they dont care.

It's so easy getting out of a ticket. Most people don't associate scooters with skateparks because most kids do not do tricks on them. Basically just sit on a ledge and wait for the cop to leave. Unless scooters are allowed.
