idk what place you plan on using to make the wheels, but i found out about american urethane awhile ago and plan on seeing how much it would cost to get some made but i couldnt because i didnt have cad to make a design.
but i got a sample pack of the urethane stuff they make now:
and its perfect. they can make hard wheels soft wheels metal cores or even a hard urethane core with a softer tread.
so yea i was thinking we should get them from there, unless skates.com had another in mind.
let them know about american urethane if you want cause they seem perfect for making these wheels and since they already make skateboard and rollerblade wheels they already know what theyre doing.

p.s. i think that a full core design would be great but with hard urethane instead of aluminum. only because it would be cheaper, lighter, just as strong and we would have the wheels quicker. ill have to show you the design first though, its really simple but strong. let me know what you think.

theyre not the best, but i got them done. this should definitely give them and idea of what were going for.
just my idea. this would work well for the urethane core and the aluminum core. but the aluminum core might want to be a little bit thinner if youre worried about weight.

well eric, whatever picture we give him is what we are getting so i have a few sugestions, make there be more metal around the bearings but like the leist amount everywhere else besides where it touchs the urathane. understand? because that wheel right ther looks good but really heavy.
what we want is a light, strong and fancy looking wheel.
