Hey Andrew,

I was wondering what time will Skater HQ will be selling the parts.

Will the prices be higher?

Andrew, the bearing thing seems to be the only problem with your metalcores, why not do the thing the micro XT wheels do, and have a bigger space with bearing sock.. things?
deffinatly the most legit idea for metal cores.

bearing "socks" are made out of plastic. Plastic is not metal. Plastic can crack. Plastic can bend. You would only have to install the bearings once, it's not like you would take the bearings out from your Proto wheels every time you go to a skatepark.

people like cleaning their bearings out every now and then.

are bearings as easy to get in as micro metal cores?

when i take out the bearings out of my micro metal cores, i dissasemble one of the bearings on one side, so its just bearing ring still in there , then i push out the other one, then i assemble the other while the ring is in the wheel, then i push it out. it takes awhile, but whateves

i personally held a fully dehubbed proto wheel in my hand last night

Such things happen couse it's a bad wheel (well...that's the reason with Micro, Eagle, SoA and other wheels)...
With PROTOs it's different, here, it's totally the riders fault :)
