im just wondering why the bearings are so hard to get in? it took me about 30 seconds. I just took a hammer and hit them in and they work perfectly.

Hammer the bearings out and send them back. We are modifying the cores in future batches to make the bearing press a little more user friendly since it is a little tight now.
Nah, is it that necessary?
Because i just used a bolt/axle and washers to press the bearings in with ease.
Some are a little tighter than others and by tighter we are talking about a few ten-thousandths of an inch but that is enough to give you trouble.

Bar prices will be posted in the store when they become available.

My second Proto wheel was starting to dehub :/
So I pried it off the core, and I'm going to the hardware store to look at glues to see if I can fix it myself, since the urethane did not break.

I'm really not in the mood to argue about this.
I bought my protos the first day they came out, I was for sure one of the first ten to order, these were supposed to be my dream wheels.
I've had nothing but problems with them, be it fitting bearings in or the pu coming off the core.
After I've waited for so long, for them to ship and cure, and now this? No way I'm wasting any more time.
I can do it myself, thanks.

Andrew- Any certain type of adhesive you might recommend? I'm not sure if you make your adhesive yourself.

idiot just send em back
Are you serious?
If I send it in, it's going to be AT LEAST a month before I have a rideable wheel.
If I do it myself, it will be maybe 48 hours before I have a rideable wheel.
There is nothing wrong with fixing it myself.

qwxor

I got myself banned.
send them back or youll just continue to have more problems
seriously
in the meantime ride a fucking plastic core wheel it's not gonna kill you, and if you say you dont have any when i come up to delaware the weekend of the 20th i will personally bring you wheels
