I was talking to Andrew at Xw and he had some gold core protos there. So i asked if the next batch would be colored cores, and he said next batch will be colored cores and maybe spoked :)

bahaha so i had the funnest day ever!!!!
I was riding street all day and with a worn in proto in the back
around 4:00 i decided to go chill at the park, once i got there i was in the mood to ride(i ride my local pretty hard now) and i was riding and then i felt this bumby thing coming from my wheels.
i thought they just came from my micros in my front but then when i went for 540 on a small pyramid(idk if i spelled that right) then boom my wheel made a even more annoying sound so i checkd it out and the micro was fine so then i lookd at the proto and it was dehubbing and crackd and i was like wtf so i decided to decade the four block at my local and then i ate shit(happens alot) and i got right back on my scooty and it didnt move..fukk broken proto wheel and now the entire urethene is off...just like last time
postin pics up tonight

i got a pair of wheels this weekend, it was def a struggle getting the bearings in, but i did it. i rode one on the front for like a half hour and i'm still getting used to it, but i like it.

I don't get why people say the bearings are hard to get in ive had like 6 protos and none of the bearings were hard to get in, harder than eagles, but it didn't bother me

all you have to do is compress the bearings in with your back axel.

hahaha. yeah i like proto parts a ton even though all i have had are buffs. but by looks, reviews, and price proto is the way to go for quality strong parts. except i cant say much about the wheels cuz i havent tried them.

They fit all bars. Just remove the shim for oversized bars like BUFFS or RAD oversized.

Edit:
Buff, why don't you get little rings welded onto the cores of protos?
Like pro model wheels, but metal? Would that help the urethane stick onto the core better? Or at least retard dehubbing?
