Cory i dont get what you mean about a 1 piece forktube... pro forks have one piece forktubes, and so do inward forks, and also french ID forks... why is it such a big deal that this fork also has a 1 piece forktube..?

he means where the crown race sits onto is all one piece of the forktube not welded or added on like on stock forks the whole forkpole is one machined piece

never said that, im just questioning why he keeps bringing up the point that its one piece when the only forktube that isn't one piece are the SR forks.

I just keep bringing it up cause people keep asking.

I'm mainly trying to teach some of these mechanically inclined noobs about some of the different technologies available so they can make a smart decision when buying parts.

Also I am 85% sure that the forks will have thinner walled legs when they are released. and possibly a different style steertube that will clean everything up a bit. (weve been testing slightly different versions even though they all look the same from the outside.)
The corners on front WILL be ground down. I still dont think these need gussets behind the legs. If we do add them they will be minimal. These forks are already solid though so i dont know about gussets. They just arent necessary.
