Dang I'm gonna have to buy some bars hah !

I would if you are trying to go wider. The stock bars feel taller because the deck has longer neck than a normal scooter. I measured top of the deck to the top the headtube and it was 10" whereas my reg scooter is 6" give or take a little.

Snow Patrol can you shed some light on this?

The bars on the dirt scooter come out to 24.5 high but if you were to put the bars on a regular scooter they would come out to about 21 or so. The headtube is just longer. Nothing to shed light on. Haha

Dirt Scooter bars need to be shorter than regular scoot bars to compensate for the added down tube length needed to accommodate the fork.

We are working on the next generation of dirt scoots using everyones feedback.

There are two models in the works and both have different features to offer.

One has a killer looking bar design that is 24" wide stock, with upgraded tires that hold the highest psi rating I've seen in a tire of its size. The Phase Two flex fender brake will come stock on the highest end of the next models and is currently being tested.

I can't give away much info other than that..

The next run of dirt scoots are going to be the the last nail in the coffin for our competitors knockoffs lol.

i hope the "killer" bar design doesnt look like this

haha hell no, those bars are hideous.

They are great, no sharp edges, backsweep, and have a contoured look to them.

The upgraded dirt scooter design will be lighter than the original Phase Two dirt scooter by a small amount.

What makes the difference is the new aesthetic changes we made to our hydroformed down tube, cores, bars, and the clamp. The amount of speed you will maintain from the new tires, and the flex brake that is focused on being rigid, protective, and noiseless will also be a big improvement to the feel of it.

The other model is still great, and completely adaptable with any of the newer parts, however it is basically a more generally accepted color scheme and will be easy to modify to make it feel like your own dirt scoot.

I am not an honest fan of our grips, but stock grips are notoriously crappy. lots of people prefer their own style of grip anyways and will switch it out.

Me neither man, it is going to be dope.

The Phase Two dirt scooter was a massive success, it will be very easy to improve them from all the support they have been getting.

Big thanks to everyone who is involved and riding our scoots =)

im guessing since the new dirt scoots are in testing stages, they wont come out for a while.
i would just get one now.

When the new comes out can you buy them to replace the parts on the phase 2 ?

Everything is interchangeable between the two.

You won't be left out if you buy the current model.

You are still looking at a good amount of time before the next models are available, but we are shooting for a late 2013 release.
