ok, so everytime i tighten it too much my bars dont spin. If i tighten it too less my bars spin, but my bars also shake. The only was i can ride is with my bars shaking.... i cant take it anymore...

how would i make them stop shaking and stop comming loose, but still be able to turn my bars good.

I used to hate when I would have this problem. You just gotta keep fuucking with it. Until you find the perfect spot. Usually, Ill get mine to a point where its pretty solid, and I can get the bars around a couple times. And just tighten it up, and after riding for a while, It will loosen up and spin more, but still be solid.

i use 3 bolts. the first one it the top of the headset. tighten that alittle more then you want it. put another bolt on ther and make that tight against the first one. same with 3. then put the bars on all the way

lol i think C4 is a cane creek model.. or an aheadset model. something like that.. not an actual C4scooters.com part or something.

you might not have on your crown race.
This same thing was happening to me until I found out you needed to have the crown race on.

i have had this problem and i posted a good thread, but of course, nobody looks. ugghhhhh. :( anyway, you need to get it tight so it doesn't wiggle but also so it still spins, but you NEED to put on loctite or some other glue that seals threads. i used epoxy, i dont recomend it because it is extremly hard to get the two nuts of again, but it keeps headset solid and there is NO wiggle. it is amazing but use permanent glue at your own risk. oh, and search next time. i think the title was, for people with problems with stock headsets. ;)
