Real Scooter Video Game project for PC's

ok so i read all the posts.
-I'll ship everywhere in the world. I don't know about making a downloadable version, I would have to do a protection for it and it bothers me. Though, nothing prevents you from burning CDs and stuff.
So maybe i'll do a paypal thing. Everybody will have access to the download, then able to play a first level quickly to see if the game works on your computer. Then you'll have to register paying via paypal i guess. I'll generate you a key so you can play the game...
-No mac version, i can't do that and i already explained why.
-Time to think about riders and spots/levels will come after but this was just to start something in your minds. Actually, i know how to manage such a project doing a lot of steps so it'll take a lot of time. it's not coming out in a month or two, definitely.

- i like the enthusiasm
- the gameplay will be great, otherwise i won't sell this game. But for the graphisms, don't expect something great and beautiful, we can't afford to pay some professional designer. I'm doing this as an amateur(a bit more) project so no company and fund raising. This might come later if this work, but the scooter community isn't such a big market such as the skate or general gamers market and I prefer that.

i say forget about riders and all that stuff right now, just make a create a rider and focus everything else on gameplay, graphics, and level design

I guess you've been out of the scene for a bit too long, Bryant.

i think you should start off like a total sketch boss then each time you level or whatever you get more and more steezy like faster whips, extension on some airs, clicked turndowns, and etc. Dont make it like the tony hawk games which if i turned on the game right now i bet i can pull off a 1080 7x kickflip indy grab right off the bat. if it was like the game Skate for 360 that would be insane! It would also be dope if you could upgrade your scoot with bars and forks and wheels and etc. and they also made a difference too, and make it so you can break things on your scoot also

PHYSICS + CONTROLS.

Id rather ride with a 3d stickman or something than a cool dude on a cool track and burst into space whenever I press the jump button.

ok first, it starts to be tight since we can't use the pre made functions of the games creator... so a lot of work to come, we need to learn directX
sorry for technical details...

Obviously your going to have to design skateparks and street levels to ride, but i think it would be incredibly sick if you based the skatepark designs on real existing skateparks, giving kids in america the chance to ride french parks, or french or swiss riders the chance to ride american parks. That would be SICK.

Also, make sure to include John Radtke.

I've always thought about how awsome it would be to have a scooter video game. Instead of EA SKATE it could be called SCOOT. It could have controls similar to Skate. One thumbstick controls the bar and one controls the deck. so flick one to do bars and flick the other to do whips. You could start out with a stock razor pro then as you progress you could earn money and buy mods like one pieces and wheels and stuff. Then for the final boss, you play John Radtke at a game of scoot. And yea id definitely buy it. Oh and add Matt Mckeen to that list.

i rekon for a park you'd have to put jamo in, even if its small theres beeen soooo many vids shot there from the majority of people in nsw and itd be quite epic
you have to face rory in a boost off there as well (Y)

ok i start to realize since the environment i wanted to work with is not working on my cpu, the things are going to be much harder than i thought!
There was a way to import already made functions for directX doing almost every 3d possible thing...
