You should add some information on what types of riding each deck is good for. Like which decks are better for lighter/heaver riders and which decks are better for street/park/tech riding. That sould answer most of the noobs' questions.

all i have is old A head tubes

looks like your gonna have an 84* headtube angle then =)

EDIT: yeah you should say what each is good for, both weights and type of scootering should be included. for example, TSI best for park/vert, not the best for street if you ride suuuuper hard. thats what ive heard about street on a TSI, at least...

Phoenix deck IS 3 lbs and .08 of an ounce

Might as well call it 3lbs.

I will be correcting our website to fix that.

My Thoughts

The TSI dual rail frame is designed as a independant suspension, each rail can flex seperatly, this is to absorb imact, the reson we have a bolt on deck plate is to allow for flexability, the reason the rail reenforcment is not welded on the back is to allow the energy to be dispersed down the rail.
The Sissor joint is where the "down tube" is conected to the rails, the DT and rails are machined with a slot to over lap each other, this makes the walls doubled. Twice as strong
The reenforced Down Tube is a doubler strip on the front front of the frame between the head tube and the Nose piece, welded solid, this is the standard for the bike industry. Aluiminum bikes are ALL reenfoced under the head tube on the down tube, as well as most high quality Chrome moly BMX bikes.
As far as I know TSI is the only deck with a reenforced down tube.

The reason why we did this is because we wanted to have the deck not bend. When you weld a deck together it becomes more ridged. Then when it takes an impact it bends a lot easier because it has nothing that gives. Our frame system is designed to take the impact and "spring" back.
