you should use a 5/16" bolt for the axle that is long enough to fit a socket on one side. then just slide the socket over the axle so the opening is facing outward. put the axle through your deck/fork (spacers) and out the other side for the nut to screw on. then just tighten it down.

Quick question, If I have http://www.amazon.com/Bearing-Head-.../105-2428188-5014802?ie=UTF8&s=sporting-goods could I just put them into my stock bearing cups? Or would they not fit?

what are grind rails and what do they do????

you put them under the deck so that if you do alot of grinding your deck doesnt become all thin and crack. Just line them up bolt them down and youre set. Not too complicated. Yeah what rails do is like what ^^^ said.
Few other information for you :

I got Mini Logo Thin Ribs. I think its the hardest there is out there. It cracked.

Hard = crack easily but wears down slowly
soft = harder to crack but wears down fast

it can be sealed or unsealed it willsay and there will be a price difference i would go with sealed.

I just realized 110 wheels fit in the back of pro models. not much clearance but they fit. Are they supposed to?
