Maybe you have to grind it down more. Hopefully you grinding it down properly.
Go to Youtube and search dereklowndes2 and you will see a video on where and how to grind it down. Saying this incase you don't know.

A question guys, i locked my mech this evening, and i used the right sized bolts, the two, 2 1/2 by 5/16 bolts and the 2 1/2 by 3/8 bolt and i locked my mech, but my bolts werent long enough to fit the washers on, there is only about 1cm of the bolt sticking out on the side of the nut, ive tightened it as much as i can and im wondering if it will be fine and not come loose, or if i have to get longer bolts, and if so, what size bolts do i need to get. thanks :)

BTW i have a Pro Model.

Alright so i snapped my pro deck the other day.. but i got a new one.. but anyways i want to do matt dibbles drop out mod but i dont get the part about the spacers. So i dont get how the spacer would fit in there. Any idea how it would. or someone could explain it to me.
Thanks

Instead of putting the reinforcements inside the deck, just put it on the out side. I think that will help, not sure.

Yeah either way works, having them on the outside might effect 5050s, so if you do alot of 5050s do them inside
