spraypaint is ---, i put like 2 coats of primer, 3 coats of colour, 4 coats of lacquer, and i waited like 15mins in between each coat, chipped scratched and whatnot, raw or powdercoating ftw

buy some decent paint.. seems a bit unnessacary to put that much shit on, since its so thickkit would come off easyer tho? idk.

ive put on like 3 coats of only good black paint and its lasted ages.. but then i brought some cheaper paint, did a lot of layers and clearcoat all that shit and it came off way quicker.

How to clean an unsealed headset.

Take off bars and forks.
Remove bearings from their cups.
Soak in rubbing alcohol for 15-20 mins... this removes all the dirt.
Then take the bearings out from soaking and whip them off with a towel so that all the black dirt is off.
Now soak the bearings in WD-40 or any household oil for 20 mins.
Remove from soaking but DON'T WIPE OFF OIL!
Now get some standard automotive grease --> http://www.dynospill.co.uk/catalog/images/general-purpose-graphited-grease.jpg
Grease the cups with a decent amount of grease, and wear rubber gloves!
Put bearings back in with oil still on them.
Re-assemble scooter.
CLEANED HEADSET!

on the fork tube i forget what called

ask a bike shop if you can use their headset wrenchs. then adjust it to the right tightness and clamp the locknut and the cone on top of each other.
