Old A's are the best scooters ever. With no mods, they are still the strongest, lightest scooters around. I loooove my Old A soo much. If it's been a while since you've been on one, go find one on ebay or whatever and you'll see what I mean
Pro Model is way strong unmodded. ANd i don't know why you would ride a scooter without mods.

also: if any of this makes me sound like chris picone, ban me dammit. please don't though.
lmao
dont you mean pontus?
and wasn't he your friend?
not being harsh
nah i'm pretty sure picone is his real last name. got if from the think site. not really my friend, i just stick up for kids a lot i guess.

How much difference does this make:
Old A's foldy and fork welding is all the way around whatever it is to weld together

Pro's welding is only corner(foldy), or part of whatever to be welded together(fork, is not even completely around that circle thing, it's only like part of it)

like i wanna see how much difference that will make,
welding all the way, and welding only part of it.

why is razor welding less and less now,
saving money and that way the scooter will be less durable and therefore more money for them?
geez, new a's dont even have any welding for the foldy.

well i have an a1 and its been lasting me pretty long.
still no cracks or anything.
im saving up for a pro model from amazon.
or just get a old a folding mech

Different Scooter Models Explained

Razor "Old A" Scooter
An Old A is a scooter produced by Razor between 1999 and 2001 or so. This scooter is by far the most common of scooters you'll find at friend's houses, in your garage, etc. An Old A has no dropouts you can stand on like other Razors: the dropouts (things holding the back wheel on) are just strips of metal welded in the curved deck's hollow center channel (as opposed to a slightly narrowing deck on a B model). Many riders prefer the Old A to a B/Pro Model due to nostalgia, strength, weight, etc. You can get these scooters secondhand for about $30 on eBay or for much less from your friends or garage sales. Personally I've always had a soft spot for Old A's but the lack of dropouts you can stand on is a downer since I use them for manuals and to hit my fingerwhips

HAHAHAHAHHA wtf he cant even tailwhip and he doesnt like them for his fingerwhips?

original a for me. love it.

a friend of mine kyle just started scooterin with us and he is a "noob" haha he has the old old olllllld school micro. the original wit the clear wheels. holy crap its like a cadillac. its huge and horrible. but for some reason you can manual it for a long time
