anyone have any ideas to fit 125 mm wheels on a bj deck? the problem is that 110mm wheels hit the deck when turned around but i really want to ride 125mm wheels

JUST maybe if you filed some zero offset forks and the wheels were a bit worn down then maybe, just maybe

Still very unlikely if 110's don't fit a 10° offset fork. I mean you can try it, but I highly doubt its possible

with a brand new wheels and a 10* offset it stops hitting after like 10 minutes of riding, happened to a kid here

it would just be at the front dropouts, so i doubt itd do much at all

You wouldn't have to file much off so probably not too much

dude the welds on the headtube/deck are on the top and bottom of the deck haha the front dropouts where you would file it down will probably have next to no affect on the overall strength of the deck

those decks are cheap as anyway

Honestly, what district should do is remove their faulty product from the market and fix their mistake (we all know this wasn't made to be that way) if you have to mod your deck in order to get it to function at all, something is seriously wrong. They can't keep manufacturing the deck because it saves the them hassle of fixing their mistake

They probably did know but just didnt want to fix it. maybe it was a marketing scheme, encouraging people to buy the Bj deck fork and wheels because they are more compatible?

Thats one shady marketing scheme then. That's one corrupte company if they need to do that to increase sales.

Probably not true, just an idea. I mean every person who bought a bj deck took a picture of it and put in on facebook or instagram when they had that problem so there's no way in hell district didn't notice it or something.

Oh guaranteed they know about the problem. They should have realized the problem when they were testing the deck. It was incredibly irresponsible of them, as a company, to produce a deck with that kind of problem.
