I feel like the type of setup you have affects your riding
I don't mean that in dimensions or weight cause that's obvious, I mean like the type of parts and colors
Like, if you rode a scooter felt normal but had kinda bad part/color combo, your riding wouldn't be as good compared to riding a setup with a combo of parts that look good and good colors. Also like whether a decent looking setup which sounds undailed wouldn't make your riding be or feel as good compared to riding it dialed, or the type of style you'd think about riding on that setup
I just feel like riding a setup which doesn't look as good with like a weird ass color scheme wouldn't make my riding be or feel as good as riding either the same setup but better colors or a better looking setup. Damn

What I meant is like if you had a setup which felt nice to ride, having a bad color combo or having parts that don't look nice together would sort of put off my riding, unlike if the same feeling setup looked nice (improving my riding)

I agree to a certain point, like if my setup looks good I'm more stoked on it and feel like riding more so my riding is better than if I had the same setup but it was beat to shit and had ugly af colours. As gay as this sounds I actually like keeping my scooter looking pristine by cleaning it, re polishing my deck and re painting scratched parts hahah
On an unrelated note, who the hell runs that "dialed_scooterz" page on Instagram? They've randomly stolen my pics and posted them twice now haha, I don't really care I'm just curious as to who it is because it must be someone who lurks SR.

havent been on in awhile, but im trying to sell my gl for an outrageous amount of money because some film maker in the la area is stupid as f and is trying to sell his perfect working dvx for a hundred bucks so of course im gonna try and buy it, its a hundred dollars; or wait for my tax return and buy the dvx with that money and still have the gl, because ITS A HUNDRED DOLLAR DVX, but yea, haven't got to ride that much atm because work and the people i ride with have the same issue
I'm just saying that if it's got dirty heads, or a glitchy and/or broken circuit board, you're going to be without a camera because youre selling the gl1. You don't have to take my word for it, it's just that I've been through enough broken cameras to know it's not worth it. If you have a working camera, I would just keep it. But then again, I could be totally wrong and the dvx could be working perfectly, you don't know. But if you still want the dvx, I would say to hold on the gl1 for a little bit just in case the dvx goes down.
