I know it's a bit late but what I do is get onto a front board or back board and once you're on, depending if you're reg or goofy, if reg and bs board: twist body to left and get locked in to where both front and back wheels are rubbing against the rails, Thos is important because it gives you a "platform" to jump and spin off of, So once you're in this position switch all body weight to the left and jump or just spon off of the rail.

thanks for the help. i just tried it on a taller rail a few days ago and committed more and got it about 6th try
