do you mean normal stales or 360 stales, normal ones i don't know, quite a while but i probably wasn't the first anyway. as for 360 stalefishes I have never seen one done flat before and i checked youtube so i claimed it as a worldie (usually you need film to confirm/prove you did it first). my first 360 stalefish was a little while before the video was released
