wow, then theres still a problem because theres still a slit, which many people have broken. at least with normal hic bars the tubing is bigger, so im assuming that makes them stronger. might as well use a thick threaded fork.
ive yet to see bars broken in scs, and it compresses everything just as well as hic, therefore im going to go out on a limb and say scs could be the only compression in 5-10 years. idk why companies are still trying to innovate weaker parts, it makes no sense to me. this is like de-evolution.
seen broken bars in scs before, how lucky and others do their hic is wrong(short shim) and is why tom ks lucky bars broke(plus proto clamp was almost same height as shim) where as tsi and mgp use longer bits so the slits do nothing like having an extralong fork tube on threaded, much harder to break
