If most if not all skate photos that are being published or some what edited, no camera can make a photo that look like a published skate photo. Look i've been in skateboarding photography for 2 years and I know what I'm doing. I have friends like Dane and Stephen who are both professional skateboarding photographers and who have helped me out a lot with a lot of things including photoshop.Aaron Bransdon said:Most skate photography i've seen is just quality photography.Shelby Grimnes said:But in skateboarding photography photos are going to be over edited, its just how it is.
They don't need to over edit it to get a good result.
Here's a skate photo that I didn't take, its a normal skate photo and its edited like all skate photos.
Yeah my photos might be over edited once and a while but its rare, you obviously don't know what over editing is
Here's an over edited photo
I'm not trying to call any of you out but when you're telling me my photos are over edited then you have no idea what your talking about because you don't have very much experience in photography to tell me so. Maybe if your stuff was getting published or something I'd listen to what your saying but as of right now if my photos are getting published in magazines and used for AD's for skate shops and put on skateboard companys websites then I think they look fine.
And yeah Stans air is sharp, i used to the sharpen tool way to much, then saved and closed photoshop and I was to lazy to fix it.
