tablet ui running on my epic 4g touch. paranoidandroid 2.something rom based on 4.1.1 jellybean, overclock root all that good stuff. feels weird as fuck to see it running on a screen smaller than 8.9 inches but it pulls it off well and since my screen is cracked and that fucks with my hardware buttons, its nice to have the software buttons. still not done personalizing it, but thats the general idea.

this rom, holy shit. this fucker reboots faster than a mother fucker. barely takes 10 seconds from off to ready to use.

Does the 820 not have quad core? and why does it make a difference that I'm in England?

820 has a dualcore because windows 8 cant run on quadcore yet nor does it need to because the software is buttery as hell on a dualcore BUT a quadcore phone will always have the upper hand. the galaxy s3 in america is dualcore but the one in england is quadcore. if you were in america and those were your choices, id pick the windows phone but you have access to the quadcore version. quadcore will always perform better, even if you have a 2 ghz single core the 1.4 ghz quad core will still do everything with less effort.

My friend has an s3 though, it feels too big. And the 920 is £10 more per month for what seems like a very small upgrade on the 820.

You get use to it fast. I went from a motorola droid with a 3.7" screen to my note 2 with a 5.5" screen and it felt like a normal phone after a day. Worst thing about a big screen is that it is hard to use a smaller screen again.

word. even the galaxy s3 feels small to me now and its bigger than my phone. which is a big phone. anything under 4.5 inches feels just dumb now.

I broke my samsung galaxy s I two days ago. i bought it brand new, and I only had a for a month and 4 days. :(
I did a barspin, and my bars hit the phone while it was in my pocket, and it cracked the screen.

This happens to me literally all the time and im surprised it hasn't cracked my iPhone screen.

anyways had my phone on my lap last night and got out of car and it landed directly on the screen, didn't want to pick it up hahaha. Wasn't cracked though
