to change the hight of your bars you just cut them.

You can cut the steering columns as low as you want and they will work fine, you will just have to re drill them each time to re mount the stem. If you want to make it taller thought you have to buy a new tube.

wtf? how will they bruise your hands on barspins? that has nothing to do with the bars themselves, its your grips that would bruise you. And the only people that have had a problem, to my knowledge, are really crazy good riders.
