SR Threadless Forks

i made my fork threadless with a file, i have a star nut pressed into my stem tube and jb welded and i have a fork with a washer that can hold a bolt to attach to the nut but i cant find a long enough metric bolt so i just maderethreaded my fork good enough to put a nut on it to hold the headset together clamped it all together and rode
p.s. your an idiot if u cant figure out the compression device lol

i dont know if this has already been asked but can you use the star nut from a fsa if the one you get with the fork breaks??

He knows his stuff.

You can use it if you are running Razor bars or any other bar that has a taper in it (gets narrower) but if you have any other kind of bar like RAD bars you will need the over sized star nut.

I will slowly be adding replacement parts and stuff to the store for the people who need them but right now I'm jut focusing on getting all these orders out.

i got them!!!!!! compression system and forks!!! they look so solid! i just got them as a gift for xmas.... my dad said it took them two days to ship it was amazing. i had them 3 days before xmas lol he shoulda given them to me then!

i cant put them on until i get a new headset tho... hopefully tomorrow?? anyway, i read the other pages and some people say itll work with an FSA unsealed? well, will it work with sealed also? and can somebody explain why it works with an FSA even tho they are threaded??? if it works with threaded FSA shouldnt it be able to work with threaded stock razor headset?? sorry for bein a n00b

They will, the only difference between sealed and unsealed is that the bearings can fall out of the cages on unsealed, and they can't on sealed. Well that's the simple difference haha.

sweet lol my mom gave me an FSA sealed this mornin after i posted my question so now i dont have to go get one!! i got forks, compression system, wheels (stock razor tho haha my parents dont know, but it works cuz i keep breakin 'em), headset (FSA Pig Sealed), Shadow Conspiracy Lil' Dirty Grips, and skate gripQ lol good scootin xmas!! i cant wait to ride. goin to my grandparents tho so i cant install everythin until tomorr! ugg

lol have fun it took me a whle since the forks wouldnt fit in my bars so i had to pound them with a rubber mallet, and the compression system was useless due to me riding my bars about only 4 iches off the bars so the star nut wouldnt go in and i couldnt cut the t tube.

im sry but i still do not understand how the t tube stays on the forks...can someone explain it to me

i rode my new setup today (new FSA Sealed, SR Forks and compression system, Shadow Conspiracy grips) and it was soooooo solid i felt hella good riding it and every trick was clean. never had an unstudy feeling.... pure steez haha didn't make any noise at all
