This is just a though, but lately ive been watching some pro biking and skating videos, and i never get bored because they ride all street. I'm sick and tired of watching scootering videos where people do nothing but stuff at the skatepark, unless its a street skatepark it isnt that bad really. Not saying park is easier or something, i think its kinda harder actually, but it makes scootering look easier if that makes sense. Maybe this is because i dont have a local park but i loveeee street and i can watch videos all day that arent anything but street. doing little tricks at a ghetto spot or just hitting huge gaps or just doin insane tricks over stairs , gaps, curbs, etc. looks much better

What im trying to get out is that i think more people should ride street, it would make the sport look alot cooler than it already is, and it would make soo many riders look a lot better and make already great ridiers' videos look better also

some of you might think this is a gay thread, but i just wanted to get my opinion out

i agree with u street does look alot better i think that wen some1 like terry price or jesse comes out with a vid it should be like half and half just to show variety

so do it. go find some rides with older people that can drive and find you some spots. go downtown. buy yourself a good camera, wear yourself some krew pants, and throw down. show an example rather than tell it.

coedie has some street in one of his vids and also i ride street alot i just dont have a camera mite get one soon and i only have a few spots like little sets or little gaps

well yeah i was just using biking for an example im talking about scootering more, and anyways not too many vids have a lot of handrails, like edwin for an example

street biking is really boring to watch, park skating is really boring to watch, and scootering I couldn't care less if it was park or street because I think they're both sick..

yeah if theres no handrails the hole video then the last 10 minutes is handrails ruins the hole video

i dont see how any true skooter rider could diss street....

From Gaps to obstacles...from rails to bails....from twists to turns...from roofs to spoofs.... its where its at

this exact topic comes up like once a month.

i agree, i'm pretty much all street (plus driveway + kicker) and i love it. although i've been dying to go to a skatepark...

street is really fun. i just can't ride it that often because my body would be dead with the way i fall so much. but yeah this thread has been made about 5 times

i think ima go to portland next weekend and have kc jam some street with me ill do big he will do tech
it will be tight haha this thred inspired me to go ride downtown
