The fork - omg not ugly!

The handlebars and stem - Caution! this is NOT a Buff Bar ripoff! The concept is whole different, the stem is clamped onto the forktube which is almost 24" long. The whole thing pretty much resembles the BMX concept, as the compression tube acts like a compression ring - only a bit longer, haha. It even uses a typical bike compression system (the top cap is inside the stem, right below the center of the handlebar).

The brake - the only stock part on this scoot... When I figure out where to get (or how to make) brake springs, this will be replaced instantly.

... so yeah.

Omg. Props.

Despite it's a big monster, I see that the weakest spot is just behind the necktubes where the bolt goes through all the deck sideways.

1) What material are the deck and stem?
2) Did you design that stem or you bought it?
3) How much does the whole monster weigh?
4) What diameter bolts do you use to attach the necktubes to the deck?
5) When are you planning to do your own bearings and headset, haha?

Crazy compression system, that's way long. Awesome scooter overall, are you planning on making a custom brake? I wouldn't think that would be too hard, but yeah, sick scooter.

are you gonna be riding that thing around this summer?
'cuz i sure wanna see how that thing works

and for the brake spring
try a moustrap style spring

as you can see, the headtube and the forks are the only ones welded, so that bolt is holding the aluminum rod in

and guys, it can't weigh that much since its all aluminum besides the forks and headtube (correct me if i'm wrong)
it would probly be less than andrew's scooter, which is a little over 11 pounds
