sick pete. 4th picture down what is the bolt on top of the deck for? really nice scooter though, looks like a scooter from the future. congradulations.
as you can see, the headtube and the forks are the only ones welded, so that bolt is holding the aluminum rod in

and guys, it can't weigh that much since its all aluminum besides the forks and headtube (correct me if i'm wrong)
it would probly be less than andrew's scooter, which is a little over 11 pounds
i thought andrew said it was nine pounds and that it seemed heavy because of the angle of the bars? maybe i'm losing it.

Pete, thats sick. i want to see some footy of it in action :)

andrews scoot is 9lbs. i remeber him saying that at TIC
ok i thought i read 11 but whatever....

and jordan- the angle of the bars is like a 90 degree angle to the deck instead of like an 80 degree or whatever ours is at now
which makes it harder to whip, thats what people are complaining about

he made them himself

if you look at threads from a while back (like february-march ish) then you'll find one by pete that just has a picture of the cores he bought.

My scooter weighs 9.4 lbs. I don't know where you guys are getting those numbers and the bars are not 90 degrees.

how much?
'very nice, how much?' - this is straight up Borat approach, haha.

To everyone: There is a really long way from making a prototype to selling a product. There are a lot of issues to be solved, so I can't answer questions like 'how much' or 'when' now.

The scooter weighs about 11 lbs, I don't have an accurate scale to weigh it though.

Ive just put some griptape on and rode it outfront, did some basic tricks on flat. I guess Ill have to get used to it and it will take some time to get comfortable with whips and barspins. But maybe it's just me sucking after not riding for 3 months after an injury.
