THE F.S.A.

Ok this thread is for anyone who has one who wants one or who needs help with putting one in., i have a problem with it spinning i put it in and its just weird not working right! so heres to talk about it:::::::: 8)

it's actually a very nice headset that apparently is made for BMX but works on scooters and spins around like 300 times when you spins a barspin like putting your deck on a curb

well i take mine to a bike shop, i have friends who work there so they put it in for free. i hate unsealds now, i just broke mine, its crap now. but still better than a normal headset. right now i'm waiting for a FSA DH PRO sealed in the mail. and i'll just take it to the bike shop and they'll put it on for me.

have u rode a sealed yet because if u haven't(i have) u can t say there better but i persanally think that for speed (whish u want!) the unsealded kiskcs ass but for smoother feel as if there wasn't even a headset and it was not there(idk about i just want it to go fast) then get a sealed so for speed unsealed smoothness sealed but if u but toegther your unsealed right it will still be as smooth as a seald and idk how the hell u broke a headset

i screwed up the cup, i was doing a tabletop over a volcano hip, was going land flat so i jumped off and let go of the scooter.lol. half of the botttom cup came out, so i smashed it back in.lol. but i like smoothness because its not like your going to do a sextuple barspin or anything.lol.plus with a sealed nothing gets in there. and btw your avatar is sooo sick.

thanks lol hit me up on aimi could send u the accual clip but yea i guess sealed it ok but the way the fsa is desighed its made that way to get it dirty/messed up is pretty hard

Whats the exact technological diffrence between pro bmx headsets and stock scooter ones and how does it change the way you install them on a scooter? I dont have one but I think I should know how to put it on before I get it? Ive heard something about hammering it before, so i suppose it might be easy to mess up when not knowing how to do it.

Pete, the obvious ones are most likely better workman ship, and these headsets are specifically made to take what BMXers dish out. Possibly all higher quality parts and such, since you know Razors aren't made for freestyle, except the Pro model. and about putting it onto your scooter, I would recommend taking it to a bike shop and having them put it on for you, because they should be licensed to do so and it could potentially save you money if you mess up doing it yourself. Others might not agree with my last statement, but hey don't complain if you mess it up.

Its hard to run FSA's on my scooter, cuz the bottom welds on the base where the bottom cup usually goes r to big and makes the head set not sit in properly and it fuks up the spin.. lol if u no what i mean.
