how much did that whole setup cost ya?Donald M said:Big update.
New:
Surly Steamroller 56cm frame and fork
Chris King headset
Salsa stem
FSA crankset and bb
MKS Sylvan pedals with MKS clips and straps
well, i would like it to be able to handle some pretty tough terrain. rocks, dirt, etc. but, i prefer to not have multiple gears or fixed.Alex Steezeman said:Sax, do you want to convert that? If so, I'd get something else, unless you wanna keep it off road compatible. And then you probably wouldn't want it to be fixed.

So you want it single speed?sax said:well, i would like it to be able to handle some pretty tough terrain. rocks, dirt, etc. but, i prefer to not have multiple gears or fixed.Alex Steezeman said:Sax, do you want to convert that? well i figure fixed is much less efficient for the type of riding i intend to do. i NEED the ability to coast. so fixed is not too appealing to me. and, im just not a fan of multiple speed.Donald M said:Why do you want a single speed and not a fixed?
