because a skatepark gets certain insurance for different sports...and most of them dont get all sports on their insurance and they dont let scooters in because no1 hardly comes in with scooters..so why pay monthly insurance if only 1 person wants to ride a scooter their..their not making any money..thats why they dont let scooters in certain parks

ya i wasthinking asking them if i could sign a doc that says if u get hurt on a scooter in thire park your not able to sue and see what they will say

why would they need insurance if you sign a waiver saying they arent responsible for anything that happens to you

because signing the waiver is for the insurance company

not sure..im just making that part up as I go along..but for some reason skateparks get insurance sometimes..some skateparks dont have waivers to sign also..so Idont know..I guess they are all different in ways

ALL of the parks around here are outside, unwatched, free. Even the big crete one. No waivers needed dudes on pocket bikes and 50cc hit up the bowl sometimes... its funny

and guys heres the deal on free parks the reason why parks closed back down in the 80's and skateboarding took a fall was because the parks couldnt afford paying insurance now there is a law in cities that have skatepark such as outdoor concrete parks that basicly ride at y our own risk the city buys insurance for the concrete parks and for the indoor parks the owners dont have to buy insurance they just have you sign a legal document saying of i et hurt i wont sue with the outdoor concrete parks the city isnt gonna hire somebody to stand there 24/7 handing out waivers they are just gonna get insurance for the whole park

ok smart ass if u think skate parks with waivers dont have insurance you a dumb ass because the insurance is there and the waivers back it up so they have a fight at court. i know this because i used to spend like every other day at TIC eigther riding or building. every skatepark needs insurance so if u think that just because they have waivers u dont need insurance your wrong
