it's ok, i finished to resolve some bugs, my script is ready, the server is ready too, i'm waiting for my domain name and dns, i think it will be ready in the days, or tomorrow.
(sorry, but i had to delete all the vids because they weren't converted great, because there was some problems about the ratio and sound syncro if you remember)
but now, i tried, all is good, the speed is better and quality too.
it will not be a beta version, it will be the FINAL VERSION with no major bugs. (that means you will be able to upload your vids again and it will stay on)
however i didn't delete your accounts and pictures, don't worry about that.
when it's ready, i tell you that ;-)

no, it's impossible, i never seen a thing like that on my server, you are the first who tell me that...
maybe your proxy or firewall is the cause, i don't know.

almost all of the videos don't work, it says "Not Found

and it takes forever to upload a video, a 4 min, 20-30 sec video took over 21 minutes to upload.
