hope it works out. here in Tewksbury Massachusetts a kid I know built a park with his granddad and scooters aren't allowed in but inline skates are bcuz the kids a dumb AHOLE who doesn't know to ollie when ur at the coping.

I think what they're saying is that the state's liability coverage only prevents them from being sued by skaters and inliners. Still, it sounds really, really dumb.

Maybe you guys could call your California state representatives or something and talk to them about this, maybe they'll listen to you and get an "equal access for scooters" bill up if enough people call.
