Because you guys are infighting. if everyone just chills and talks about SCOOTERING then maybe there will be more respect. BMX'ers and Skaters do not respect you because all we see are little kids who snake us and big guys who are cocky and annoying. The one thing that makes BMX'ers and Skaters come together is when some stupid little shits come and snake everyone. :mad:
Complain about not letting scooters into skateparks? hell, i really hate that my skatepark lets them in. these little kids come in and get in the way, roll around in the bowl and piss people off. My favorite park in the area banned scooterers, and i'm glad :D .
I went back and read a bunch of thread of you guys argueing and it really makes me just want to put down the scooter and just ride BMX. you don't see fighting like that on Vital or Ride BMX.
I guess what i'm saying is that everyone rides kids toys. kids bikes, skateboards, scooters, inline skates... there all toys. so respect other riders, respect other types of riding, and spread the word that skateparks are no the place for 5 year olds on razors.

yeah the only reason why scooterers are hated on is because when you say scooter if you don't ride one you think little kid if there was no little kids riding them there probably would be as much hate

Dude i hate little scooter kids snaking me as well....But there just having fun. they dont know any better, if anything they just have to learn the rules and respect other riders not just get banned cause they don't know anybetter...

And my thoughts on all this bullshit between skaters, scooters, Bmx and what ever else you can ride at the skate park...i think its wrong that someone can pick on/ or abuse someone just because that person has fun riding a scooter, bike, skateboard etc.

By the way I ride both scooters and bikes and i think there both amazing fun... and thats why i do them =)

He does ride scooters, that's why he's here. If you look around, he's made other threads asking about scooter tricks, parts, and other things. There would be WAY less hate if little kids didn't ride scooters because they're pretty much the main reason people hate on us. People need to get their shit straight before they hate on others; you three are just idiots.

This is what we should be doing, not trash talking each other 24/7. It isn't needed, it makes you all look immature, and it makes the sport look trashy and childish. None of you know how to keep your damn mouths shut, especially when you should. The ignorance level of Scooter Resource amazes me, day by day I go on this site to find more and more rude/trashy/ignorant comments written by twelve year olds and ignorant kids. And don't tell me you're older than me because I don't care, none of you act like it.

I couldnt agree more on everything he has just said. When I used to ride around at the skatepark on my bike when I was like 8 I had no idea how annoying I was to the other riders back then, but now bieng abit older I understand that the little kids are just having fun and they dont know what they are doing.

Joey R if it werent for little scooter kids scootering wouldnt be big. Yeah they do get annoying alot when they snake us but idk they just gotta learn a little bit before there hated on. Remeber they are LITTLE KIDS. and everybodys gotta start somewhere, Right?

in the 70's ah the good ol' days the surfers would say skateboards are for little kids, they should quit riding skateboards and learn a real sport surfing
and in the 80's fur shur dude the skiers would ban the snowboarders from the ski slopes they were Not allowed "Damit get those snowboarders off our slopes! every body knows that the snow is for skis only!!!"
and when i take my Real DIRT BIKE down to the MOTOR CYCLE track you fkn little kids on bicycles trying to act like a motocross racer its fkn anoying all these kids on my track

any way this is what skaters snowborders and bmxers went though
Teach all who are younger than you to respect, and you WILL be respected.

edit: one point i dont want you to miss
the surfers could not stop the skateboarders
the skiers could not stop the snowboarders
the motorcycle riders could not stop the bmxers
and if you think you can stop scootering well..... you are 100% wrong because TIME WILL FIX YOU

Wow you kids are fucking dumb! I RIDE BMX has a point and that point is true! The rule of thumb at the skate park is wait till its your turn, if your with like 50 other kids dont assume the park is yours. You kids need to stop acting like little kids and start showing respect to everyone else while your on your scoot

I wish the mods would go bancrazy because this site would be hella cleaner and there'd be way less drama.

I understand that it takes awhile for people who are just starting to ride to get good, but there's a difference between a ten year old trying to whip and a ten year old trash talking everybody for no reason. Remember, they're little kids. But also, they shouldn't be disrespectful to everybody for no reason. There's no point and it causes drama that everbody hates.
