Small bump.

The worst pain i feel is psoriasis.I have to deal with it everyday, it's on my palms and feet

stretched ligament in my ankle (right) due to me landing on side of my ankle from a drop.

this time my dad tied a rope from the top of a tree (10 meters) to the bottom of another tree about 100ft away so we could hang on it and go down. the rope snapped and I fell about 5meters on to a frigging tree laying on the ground. So I bruised my ribs really bad and couldnt breath for like 10 minutes. Worst pain I ever felt.
