Metal cores usually come off the rim, except i herd them Drive ones don't. If your breaking yacks in a month.. try landing cleaner, mine are perfect and ive been doing some big shit on them.

i just do loading docks and high shit all the time... im 155lbs if that makes a difference...i just land hard alot.. would that hot glue idea (i think i might've heard it from andy) work with yaks? i got 2 left because i ordered 4...but still once i break 1 of them i gotta go back to stock wheels because im savin up for nj! unless i can get a loan from my mom haha.. where do you get metal core wheels and how heavy are they and how much and are they worth it... and stuff like that????

EDIT: i have really only broken 1... i just cracked mine good today... so pretty much im gonna take it kinda easy on it to make it last.. but if i just kept going regular after it cracked it would be done already.. thats why i said 2 in a month..now if ur reading this reply to the questions i had up there!!!

try doing that with silicon, my friend does it and its alright. i dont think hot glue would make that much of a difference..

I was desprate once, just got to the park and broke my wheel, walked to the other end of the malll, found a pair of them laying on the floor in KB toys, stole one haha. I think i got about 2 weeks out of it on the front.

Once you start riding a brand new pair of wheels. Go compress them by manualing down some big hill or something, or they usually have a tendency to get air bubbles between the rim and wheel. And don't land like 270 whips and stop, or try to avoid lannding sideways that will mess up your wheels.

if you land sideways and you want to save your wheel instead of just sticking it and then stepping off the scooter which will stress the wheel keep your momentum going forward so the scooter will fall and you might too but it wont put as much stress on the wheels
