Why do you ride?

I ride because I love the satisfaction of learning a new trick, and knowing the fact that this sport will go somewhere eventually and were making it happen and helping along the way.

its fun, it kicks skateboarding's ass, relieves stress [except when youre tryin new tricks and cant get 'em], you can get away from things, if you can do tricks on a scooter you are pretty much kick ass, kids love to see something new and when they see someone doin craazyy stuff on a scoot, it makes 'em wanna get into the sport a lil more [most of the time] ITS THE BEST THING EVERR!

I ride because its a new sport and there is tons of new stuff to do. Its got new opertunities and stuff like that. Makes it worth while being known as one of the first.

Exactly. In 10 years the sport will probably be a lot bigger, and we'll look back and say, dang, I was a part of that. I'm one of the original riders. That would be so awesome. Maybe they'll make a movie like the RAD bmx movie, except with Cary and David and stuff haha. It goes with what Kenny said too.

Thats the biggest part of it. Nothing else give you the excitement and feeling when you land a new trick, its awesome.

I used to skate but it got boring and I wanted to try BMX but it was impossible for me so then i tryed scootering when josh young showed me and then I got hooked.

and i love when people give me s*** for riding a scooter then i do a trick and they s*** their pants..

also the feeling of landing a new trick is fun

i sometimes look at other people who really just hang out with their friends all day and talk and im like how can they do that??

I ride because i love it.
I ride because its not like many sports where there is a coach telling you you have to do this and that.
Its all up too you in what you want to do.
Also there are no rules you can go out and do what you want without an umpire telling you you cant do that, or other people telling you its the wrong way to do it, in scooter there is no wrong or right, people do it differently to others, its called style.

I ride for fun, its a new sport, its something different and its cool. nothing feels better than landing a trick youve been trying for ageeeeees .. I love it when bmxers or skaters watch you and eventually when you do a trick and there like woah thats sick! Gives you a good feeling
