I hate drugs and fuckin smokes but i do drink occasionly. i dont go around smoking and doing drugs n shit cause you only live once and you can get hooked on drugs after trying them once. Smokes i tryed em but hated them.
I drink 2 beers every night listening to the Phillies game. Deff not bad for the body..Rob. said:I meant harmful chemicals, but meh.sean cardwell said:so much is bad for the body.Rob. said:I'm "straight edge" but I don't fucking advertise it.
I think logically. Drugs/booze/tobacco = bad for the body. Therefore, I don't do any of them. Like Brian said, you only live once. I want to elongate that as much as possible.
what if you fall scootering? thats bad for your body but i doubt you will quit for that reason
i used to not drink or smoke then i realized i really didnt have a reason not to and i honestly dont want to live to be an old shriveled man in a nursing home. soooo lets have some fun people
but on the flipside there is such thing as too much of a good thing
i think somewhere in the middle of both extremes is a suitable place to be and thats precisly where im chilling
Also, I have had wine. I just don't guzzle down beers or chug. Hell I don't drink. Maybe a glass or so at an event.

Maybe not where you go, everywhere is different. My previous college people were trying to sell you weed when you were walking to class, parties were easy to find out about. Now the college i goto i haven't heard a thing about parties, shit i've seen like 2 people smoking cigarettes in the past 2 weeks. All depends on the area.Matt Ogle said:Hep Worthless said:you're only edge til college.
Thats also something you SR people will discover one day. You aint goin find any of that shit in college.

greg got drunk off a glass of wine once
Seriously? Well at least up in Canada I think it depends more on the program you're in, so all the arts kids who have like no classes ever just party 80% of the time, and also partly because of the people that go into those programs. I'm in engineering, so pretty much we're required to drink and party hard haha because we got so much work to do the rest of the time.Matt Ogle said:Hep Worthless said:you're only edge til college.

Dre, you are completely right and I completely agree with everything you just said except this. Tell that to John Belushi and Chris Farley. Billy Mayes may also be able to contribute to that. I'm not saying all experimenting will kill you, but you do hardcore stuff like these guys and just experiment and it can and it will. Especially if you "experiment" with a speedball.Dre said:GAAAAAYYYY
srsly though, we are not sure about what happens after this life, which means that what we are sure about is that we DO have this life right now, and if we're assuming that it's the only one we're gonna live, we should make the best of it - which leads me to my next point, which is: straight edge is a pile of shit. I mean, if that's your choice and if you feel that you are living a better life that way, go ahead, but seriously, experimenting will NOT hurt you.
Im pretty conviced DJ A.M. did a bootleg speedball with those oxy's and crack. Line of heroin in one nostril and a line of coke in the other is supposed to be the best high ever... if ya don't die! If your legit you shoot it though.Kyper said:Dre, you are completely right and I completely agree with everything you just said except this. Tell that to John Belushi and Chris Farley. yeah well I think that post was made when I wasn't entirely in a state of sobriety haha judging by the time it was posted. I still can't figure out how I managed to spell most of that right.. but yeah, you have to be smart when experimenting for sure, because even if you don't think about it at the time you try it, some of the hardcore stuff can catch up to you later on and then it's just downhill from there usually.Kyper said:Dre, you are completely right and I completely agree with everything you just said except this.
