Unless your 6+ feet you really won't like that. Rise is great for a lot of stuff but it gets to a point it will feel like crap.

idk im 5ft 8in and i love riding high bars
8 rise + 1 inch spacer

i have solid roseanne bars wich are 9 inches of rise and 32 inches wide and they feel really great and i am 5 feet 8 inches.
