Last time I sent feedback regarding the XT and my bullet...I got a respon the next day...

My XT headtube cracked like 50%, I'm waiting to see how they'll respond to you, but probablly getting a mild steel or cromoly one made at my local workshop...

Allright, I'll explain.
This is what I send them:

I bought a XT deck from Jimmy-Dean (the guy from holland who won a XT and buys a lot of stuff from you guys) and the headtube just snapped after 2 months of riding. I didnt make any modifications to the headtube or whatsoever so that cant be the problem. What I did found was this little bump on the inside of the headtube exactly at the place where its welded:

It seems when it was welded, the guy who welded it went through the aluminium and just filled it up with welds. As you can see it cracked right there:

It didnt brake on that exact spot, but just behind the welds:

I hope there is some way to get this replaced. Because the weather is finally getting better, and I cant ride right now...

Yes i know it's a probleme of the first version of the XT, it's not me how send a XT to Jimmy, but Micro Mobility in Zurich, You can buy the new part on Micro Xtreme, it's a new part folding, more strong !

why does everyone expect companies to just replace all there parts when they break, they dont have to at all... and anyway you didnt buy it from micro so theres another reason they wouldn't replace it haha


sucks that it broke though

damn, because the whole deck is ridiciously thick, and the headtube rediciously thin. THATS WHY. They should f*cking THINK before making something. damn...

The new headtube you'll get is thicker and doesn't have such problems...read on theyr page...
First versions were like this...shit happenes...

EDIT: Just read the mail...the part "It's not me who send the XT to Jimmy, but Micro-Mobility in Zurich..."
And I guess the guy you contacted was Eric from Micro-xtreme? Well, you could try contacting Michael Tremp ( m.tremp (at) micro.ms ) from Micro Mobility, but o well...since you bought it from someone who won it... don't know... just don't mention that part...

Ah well, I'm gonna ride a JDbug deck again. (bought it from a friend). So atleast I can ride. And I'm waiting on the VNC XT headtube.

today i bent the legs of my inward to the side really bad and my wheel was rubbin and my headset would spin all chunky cuz of it. pretty gay. (inward extreme w/ offset btw)
also snapped 3 decks in the last 3 weeks, and broke 2 eagles a little while ago.

scooter parts suck :(

Broken inwards, rode them for 5 months i think. Still loved these bars
