the death is like... .2x now because I shoe goed 2 adapter rings onto it because I didnt feel like getting spacers
you can still screw the fisheye off though even though it doesnt look like it
I had a old film slr that didnt work so I smashed off the hot shoe and shoe gooed it to the bottom for my video light I didnt want it on the top because theres no room and I only use my light with fisheye and you point up with fisheye and all that stuff haha
this cam may look completely ghetto rigged but it works amazing and everything is totally solid shoe goo is soooo strong haha

Just usually not the best cameras... lack of custom settings, pretty beat colors, low-light filming is pretty hideous. And like most of their cameras in the "gr" series were produced with a faulty CCD chip that went dead like right when your warranty was up, and they didn't start offering free repairs till about a year after they were notified about it.
