Yeah man, beding the back piece was a bitch to get right when I was bending it and it still doesn't sit flush lol. I've gotta drill some holes tomorrow and get some bolts to put in then it'll be done. I'll post some pics

And I put my wheel on to make sure the bolt doesn't touch it and it's got about a millimeter of space I'll have to make a few adjustments later.

here are some custom wooden pegs, im going to try to make better ones with harder wood

After 3 stalls the reason they broke so fast is cause i used realy old and soft wood

This, they broke kuz they're wood. You can use hardwood and its gonna break and grinding wood sucks so wood pegs suck I imagine.

A circle is better. If you leave 3/4" on top and bottom for the headset cups, it will still be strong.
