-Tapered RUP bars(gonna be painted). We decided to make spot welding as a full-length weld weakens the metal more. The tube welded to the bars was taken of a russian motorbike "Ural"(=beast)
-The clamp is also garagemade, neat and smooth

id use steel bolts tho

these bolts were put in just to put everything together for easier carrying
yeah i remember about the slit

I'm so happy with this clamp, so well made, even if it looks like a promod, comparing to it this one is so much bigger, (48mm height)

That's like the only SCS I would ride. or Phoenix SCS. Most everything else is too bulky.
