Made up a few titanium pegs are work yesterday, modeled after tilt chromos but with a thicker sidewall. Figure this will allow them to last a little longer, and still keeps them under the weight of the tilts with the weight difference in the material. Hope you guys like em.

Ha! Buy a pair or two like I did, support tilt, and carry the little bugger into class and get the measurements and make a print yourself ;-)

only sort of homemade part I've made was wider razor pro bars, but i used a brass tube so it snapped the next day lol

it was like 2010 and they were like 22" i think

i swear they felt like 30" wide then, i went from pro model width bars to wide ass bars it felt so weird haha, but i at least could have reinforced it and made it last longer

Robert, if homemade parts would last like aftermarket parts, i would have whole scooter made by myself.

Couple years ago, i made a deck, two forks and many bars. They lasted good. But when i learn to ride better, parts started to crack.

I still have that homemade fork and couple of bars. And deck of course, only the headtube is missing. Its in my dirt scoot. I wrote about it in finnish scooter forum. Its not ready yet, couse i cant weld atm.
But i think i finish it some weekend. :)
