A small washer. You could technically use any thin, small metal object. Hot glue usually works to make it stay. And yes that is a 125mm on stock forks. Trust it was s00p3r sketchy because I had to grind down the forktube sticking out at the bottom and most of the weld keeping it together went with it too.
