had to be at the shop until 9pm so killed some time with this project.

TSI "Jr." (cut down a TSI deck that was whacked at the rear axle)

Piece of Diamond Plate for a Brake- too thin but it is what I had on hand and I can just replace it when it breaks. 2 counter sunk bolts hold it on but still had some vibration/rattle so I added the round head bolt you can see

bars reminds me of tanks :/
 
No matter what scooter I see those forks on, they always give the deck some opposite rake (aka the front sits higher than the back so the deck sits crooked). That really bothers me.

thats probably because the fork is zero offset. forks like that tend to make the front higher.
