I have a question.
Like whats the deal with like 1 chip cameras and 3 chips like whats the difference?
i'm guessing 1 chips are like handy cams like gs80s and stuff
1 chip=1 ccd, which means 1 chip processes all the color information.
3 chip=3 ccd, you have 3 chips, RGB like John said, each doing their own color, so colors are alot better. High end 3ccd cameras usually have large chips, so better you get better quality.
ohhh okay sick. I knew 3ccd was a big thing but some dude that films with a vx was like, "the whole time i was watching you film i thought you were using a one chip but yours a 3ccd i didn't know they had that for handy cams" and i had no idea what he was talking about. thanks brian

dont even think about a good fisheye for a camera like that. make sure with brian but i believe it would be the mark 1 and mark 2 from century optics which cost about 700 to 800 so dont look into one unless yyou have a lot of money to spend
