well i like them alot, im planning on getting one or the 2100 some day
Planning? You realize SD is going to be dead soon right? 2100s aren't even made new anymore. HD+bluray is the new DVD. Its time to upgrade. I would have a HVX already if I was filming enough to drop money on it, but HD is in and its what people want. Im stuck with SD and working my way up to the cash for one.

Oh and DVX might be a little heavy if your filming an hour long wedding for an hour, its only 4 pounds, versus the 3 pound VX1 and 3.whatever pound vx2100. Man up. Theres muscle in your arm, build it. It also smacks the VX1 in every category. Scene files wreck the VXs custom presets by miles, picture wise, thats all that matter, everything else the the DVX owns without thinking.

yea if i had to buy an sd camcorder it would be a dvx. seriously like the only sd camcorder with respectable footy in todays standard. as soon as i have enough money or hit the lotto im getting an hmc40. small as hell, hd, and records to sd card.

the hv series is amazingggggggggggggggggg. i used my vx for a week before it got owned a few times and its going to cost more to fix then what i got it for (100 buck <3 rich uncles) so i now have an hv30, its soooo much better then the vx1k

omg http://cgi.ebay.com/SONY-DCR-VX9000...ideo_Cameras?hash=item2c52ff5410#ht_720wt_907 vx9000 on ebay. why is it a big deal? its soooo rare. it was only released for like 2 months. never released in america.

your an idiot. first of all your comparing sd to hd, and comparing crispness. what the fuck do you expect? and second of all were TALKING ABOUT VIG. and vig, when its on an hv30, is blurry and wack looking. vx1mk1 vig is crisper than hv vig by default because its actually in focus, so shut up. you posted a vid of someone using an hv with a 58mm death of some sort, there are like 3 people out there that use an hv with a 58mm opteka or century, which has no vig and isnt what were talking about at all.. when people use the 43mm and 37mm babydeaths, there is blurry vig.
