Just some advice, I would NOT ride Alu bars with a slit. They'll snap really . And addict bars are out. You can get them, bit district bars are lighter. And tilt forks aren't meant to run ics.
This would be light,
District bars
Tilt full scs
Tilt forks or Phoenix phorx
Addict deck
And sliders are meant for rough ground

Should I go for the Tilt SCS light or regular?

Ok :)

One more question: if I was to raw the V3's, would they be silver in color or grayish in color?

Where are you ordering from? And the tilt scs is only 3 inches tall. So it would be 1.5 inches shorter not 2. I think your best best is just to order them as is, an cut them to your liking.

The Frid Steel Tre Bars have an intergrated clamp, that's why they won't cut them for you but i could be mistaken.
But on the other hand if you want a super light setup.
Addict Deck
District v3 bars
Proto Sliders
Addict headset
Tilt/Phoenix Scs
Tilt forks

Yeah, and there was a thread a while back about the steel trees being like an eight too big for regular os clamps and stuff, so that would work unless you use the integrated clamp.

This is the lightest setup you can get.

District V2 aluminum bars
FrenchID light clamp
Blunt Declare fork
100mm VertX Talon wheels
Blunt AOS v2/ Addict deck (not sure which one is lighter)
