I can find replacement bearings for S2 and S3 but im not sure if those will fit S1. The thing with replacement parts is that they cost almost as much as a new headset so I would recommend buying a new headset instead.

I tried looking it up on google but could find a good source so im gonna ask you is a a sealed headset with cartridge bearings or does it use normal bearing rings?

The crossbar is not straight yes, your bars aren't either aligned so undo clamp and align them?

Negative, that clamp dont cover enough of the slit so no wonder they cracked

Measure it or just get an adjustable one which is alot more handy to have.

Carbon fiber is not worth it on scooters and it's scary to ride since it snaps right of if it breaks.
