I think you are confused... BMX stems mount onto 1 1/8" BMX forks. ADA stems mount onto 1 3/8" steering columns that fit OVER 1 1/8" forks. Wall thickness has nothing to do with how a stem will fit the only thing that is important is the outer diameter (OD). To answer the question...

SR store will have real one piece bars within the next month or two after we finish testing them. Probably have an aluminum and a steel version.

The legs are IDENTICAL to the threadless forks, I will get pics later but it is easy to imagine. As far as fork tube length, it is a little longer than the v.2 and probably quite a bit longer than stock but if it doesn't fit or is too long you can easily just cut it shorter
