i have sonyvegas movie studion platinum 8 and it lags loads on my computer which has a fairly good spec and does not lag at all normally, i watched a video which helped but there is still lag. does nayone else experience the same problems when using sony vegas

ive got a jd bug (same as razor pro) headtube and a cane creek tank jump 1 headset with the extended headtube press fit (the bit that goes into the headtube) and it cannot go fully in because of this lip inside the headtube. can i leave the small gap there or will it make the beargins uneven?

I have a vertx metal core and some bearings but there seems to be a sort of lip in one of the bearing slots so when I install my bearings the one of them is slightly diagonal. is there anyway to get rid of that lip so I can have my bearings inserted properly as it wont spin well as all otheriwse?
